Celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss had a great idea for the wedding of Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-vintage hankies for the woman to use to dry their tears of joy. This can easily be used for bridal showers though-wrap a handful of pastel mints or Jordan almonds in a hankie and tie with with silk ribbon or place by every guest's table setting.
Vintage handkerchiefs are gorgeous plus they're easy to find-check Ebay or local vintage shops for plenty of options.

Do I need to tell you again? I am a dork for all things weddings. So naturally one of my favorite parts of the planning process is selecting place cards and arranging the seating. Think I'm joking? I do place cards for everything, if more than three people are coming over for dinner, you can bet I'm telling them where to sit. It might sound prety OCD, but the truth is I think it puts people at ease.
Of course, I've been to plenty of weddings and been disappointed with where I was seated. Adorable place cards can only get you so far. You, the bride and groom, have to do the work and really think about where to seat everybody. . .and it's harder than you might think!
The most important step is to put aside some serious time to tackle the task, and focus. What groups of people are truly going to have the most fun together, including the new Mr. & Mrs? Maybe your college BFF is the first one to have a baby. . .that doesn't necessarily mean you should put her at the parents-only table. Or perhaps your co-worker is no longer bringing her boyfriend post-break-up? Come on, she's not really going to be happy at a thrown together-table of singletons who don't know one another.
Title: The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - Love Seat with lyrics
Heii. :]
First: I don't own the song or the picture.
Another vid I made, and again with a song of the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. The song's called Love Seat. :]
Lyrics:
My love's like an arm chair
It's inclined to recline and sweep you off of your feet
My structure is perfect
There's no flaw in design
A decent buy for you
There's no rest for a luxury
There's no rest for me
Her eyes are watering
I said we're better off this way
Things change
It's happening everyday
He'll come and take my place and show you things that I just couldn't face
We'll sit and sing a song of what we did wrong.
Now that I'm used up and my arms start to fade
You can pay to upgrade or you can replace me
Finalize my demise
A new surprise for you
There's no rest for a luxury
There's no rest for me
Her eyes are watering
I said we're better off this way
Things change
It's happening everyday
He'll come and take my place and show you things that I just couldn't face
We'll sit and sing a song of what we did wrong.
Don't tell me the worst is over now
Don't tell me what I can see with my eyes
Don't tell me the worst is over now
Bend my will again then mend it straight
Her eyes are watering
I said we're better off this way
Things change
It's happening everyday
He'll come and take my place and show you things that I just couldn't face
We'll sit and sing a song of what we did wrong.
And maybe I'll regret you
And maybe I'll regret you
And maybe I'll regret you
It's all in my mind
It's all in my mind
And maybe I'll regret you
And maybe I'll regret you
And maybe I'll regret you
It's all in my mind
It's all in my mind
Don't forget to join the Association of Bridal Consultants!
The Association of Bridal Consultants is a fantastic organization in many different ways. I currently act as State Coordinator and its my duty to provide networking opportunities and educational opportunities for members. Our corporate website is http://www.bridalassn.com/ and lists international meetings and country wide meetings and educational seminars. For North Carolina we also have our own state website http://www.ncweddingpros.com/ where we list some of our members along with all of the professional events and different bride events we have coming up. I am in the process of updating those two pages and hopefully will have the completed by the end of June.
One of the main portions of membership is the need to have at least 6 hours of education each year in order to renew your membership. If you don't get those 6 hours (it can of course be college credits, other event seminars, etc) the member is not allowed to renew for the current year - until those hours are completed.
The Association does not "certify" wedding planners or other wedding professionals - what we do is have each person earn trademark designations through education and experience. This way someone who has never planned or worked a wedding before cannot call themselves "certified".
We have many different networking opportunities available for you please visit http://www.ncweddingpros.com/ and click on professional events for more information!
Not a wedding planner? You have even better benefits! Try marketing your business on local, national and international levels! Market to other wedding professionals and earn education and experience related trademarked designations! Visit http://www.bridalassn.com/ for more information.
Also feel free to reply back with questions or if you would like more information! Veronica Foster, ABC TM North Carolina State Coordinator

"Learning can be fun for you kids - especially if you sneak it in under the disguise of a circus movie. I was really impressed by how much my 3 year old actually retained from the Alphabet Circus from Rock 'N Learn. After only watching it once, I caught him walking around saying 'Ah, ah, ah, is for apple.' The cute video uses circus images and other objects to show kids what sounds letters make, and they smartly make little rhymes and songs that will stick in their head and yours. My son requests this video frequently, and I feel a little less guilty about letting him watch tv because he is truly learning."Melissa Touchton NowWhatBaby.blogspot.com
