i have fallen completely in love with Luisa Beccaria's spring 2011 RTW--i honestly could design an entire wedding from these beautifully soft, sun drenched colors and her understated bohemian glamour! wouldn't your maids just look fabulous in an simple white eyelet dress? or a sassy, strapless floral mini dress? and i adore all of the colorful chunky espadrilles adorned with over-sized flowers...it's making me long for summer again...

Don't you just love catching up with old friends on Facebook? Like this lady, Sarah. I haven't seen her, literally in years. We went to the same elementary school in the Bahamas and I moved away after sixth grade. But thanks to internet social-networking, I just finished looking at pictures of her fabulous destination wedding in South Africa. Sarah's now-husband Richard is from South Africa so they decided to head to his home country and make an exotic trip out of their wedding. Family and friends were able to see Capetown, go on safari, tour wine country and even celebrate New Year's. The wedding ceremony and reception took place in Franscchoek at a seven-room boutique hotel called Klein Genot. Sarah and her wedding planner put together a beautiful color scheme of include whites, beiges, golds, creams and teal blue. The bride and her bridesmaids took a special trip to the states to pick out their attire. They went to the Dressing Room, and while trying on dresses and sipping on champagne they fell in love with this gold dress by Jenny Yoo. My favorite detail of the entire wedding. . . this veil-inspired headpiece, by Leah C. Couture. Sarah's dress is by Nicole Miller.Actually it might be a tie with the walking-on-air cake. . .it looks like it just might float away. A gorgeous wedding. Congrats to Sarah and Richard!

This movie wasn't made originally for being uploaded. It was something I did for myself to try some effects but also to work as an "inspiration board" for a possible amv serie to come. It depends on how the inspiration chocobos feels O_o
I know it isn't mega synced, even though I did try both the flashy flashy but also to blurr, zoom to the exact beat, but to be honest, didn't think it add anything to the vid so decided not to do it that way. Might be that this is my first "techno/bouncybouncy" vid I've ever made, so not that strange if I couldn't pull it off. Even though tried to pick clips that followed the rythm most of the time...
Anyways... on to the plot.. or well idea behind it..
-Story-
There is none! Ha! (lazy ftw?) at this moment. Basically I had some ideas I've been thinking about like making a fanfic combining "Ghost in the shell" with final fantasy. Therefore pretending that our beloved characters really are cyborgs/machines.
So I guess we might call this a teaser for a possible/impossible amv serie to come...
Colorthingy I had in mind. Supposed to be like, vision, but they can't watch thereself so therefore it's not really that, just their color I guess O_o
Cloud = Blue
Noctis= Green
Tifa= Yellow
Stella= Pink
Poor Lightning gets to play Stella again... for now.

i know we all like to see the details in these "real weddings", and the details for this wedding are beautiful, but i was especially taken back by how beautiful the bride looks--Hugh Forte Photography did an amazing job. this bride chose some fabulous maids dresses (LOVE the short dress and the stripes!) and signing the surfboard is a fantastic idea! ...btw, if you're making a "shots" list for your photographer, just say make me look like this:
